OvrLayAi sells digital goods: AI-generated overlays, credit packs, and subscriptions. Because these are delivered and available instantly, refunds are handled as described below.
1. Digital Goods
Credits and overlays are digital products delivered and available immediately upon purchase or generation.
2. Consumed Credits
Credits used to generate overlays are non-refundable once a generation has been run.
3. Credit Packs
- Unused, unconsumed credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from the pack have been used.
- Requests made after 14 days, or for packs that have been partially used, are not eligible for a refund.
4. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
- Canceling does not refund the current billing period. You keep access and any remaining credits until the period ends.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
5. Erroneous or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with your order details and we will investigate and refund valid erroneous charges.
6. How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the support options in your account or via Base44 support, and include your account email and order details so we can locate your purchase.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Accounts with active chargebacks or payment disputes may be suspended while the dispute is resolved.
